She attended elementary school and started attending Junior High School. In 1988 She relocated with her family to Seattle, WA. Shevin attended Franklin, Nathan Hale, and Ballard High School where she graduated in 1991.
Shevin spent the next several years working in the Hospitality Industry honing her talent for providing excellent service for anyone she encountered. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. She loved spending time on the waterfront, hanging out in the park and fun times with the family. Family dinners and cook outs were a must. Shevin was short but mighty. She would stand her ground for what she believed in. To know Shevin was to be loved. Shevin had a heart of gold and would give you her last knowing God would meet her need.
On February 2nd, 1999, Shevin gave birth to her only child a son, Darius Rashad Jackson. Shevin loved raising her son. The joy he brought her as a parent was a beautiful thig to see. Her greatest accomplishment was becoming a grandmother in August of 2023. Darius Junior aka DJ was born. Shevin was excited to be a grandmother. She loved DJ with all her might.
