Obituary For Pauline Armatha White

It is with sadness that our family announces the passing of our beloved Pauline Armatha White at age 64 in Covington, Washington on May 3, 2024. Pauline was born April 14, 1960 in Seattle, Washington to the late Armit and Doneater White of Ardmore, Oklahoma. She was the second of three children, she had two brothers, Scott and her predeceased brother Tyrone P. White.

Pauline graduated from Franklin High School in 1978, and attended Highline College in 1980. She was very hard-working, determined, and truly enjoyed helping people. Pauline dedicated many years working in the social services industry, primarily focusing on youth placement and working in the boys homes as she cared for, helped, and fostered many children over the years. Her strong empathy for children and her kind heart resulted in her raising and adopting her daughters: Mia Mashani, Morgan Nicole, and Tia Janae. She would always be there for her daughters. Pauline was the best mother anyone could ask for. She always knew how to lift her children up and raised them to become strong, well-rounded women.

Pauline was a faithful Christian woman who attended New Light Christian Church. Most Sundays after church, Pauline, her daughters, and close friends would all go out to eat and spend quality time with each other because family was always the top priority for Pauline.

Pauline was an amazing mother, sister, and friend to all. She was incredibly thoughtful and loving. She had a charismatic personality. Pauline was a very caring and kind woman with a pure heart full of unconditional love for her children, friends, and family. It was very important to her to frequently check in on everyone and keep in touch. Pauline was known for her beautiful smile and laughter. She was truly one of a kind. To know her is to love her.

May Pauline rest in peace and may her memory be a blessing to all. May your thoughts be with her daughter’s Mia, Morgan and Tia, along with her brother Scott, and close relatives such as Alea Rolisonikele, Vicki Robinson, and Cynthia Brown, as well as a host of relatives in Colorado, Texas, and Oklahoma.

We would like to extend a special thank you to Pauline’s close friends for their support to the family; Aurolyn Lee, Francis Carrillo, Linda Martin, Brenda Boswell, and Willie Toliver.
