Mary Margaret Lindsey, age 70, passed away peacefully at home on March 17th in SeaTac, WA after a long illness.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Tacoma, WA on August 15th, 2020. Details will be published later.

Mary was born in Boonville, MO to Virgil and Harriet (Rucker) on February 23rd, 1950. As a young child she later moved to Casper, Wyoming. She attended the local elementary and junior high schools and finished up at NCHS. She married Larry Lindsey Sr. on May 17th, 1968 in Casper. They began raising a family in Casper and later relocated to Washington State. She worked as a Candy Maker, and a Deli Clerk. She retired in 2000.

Mary loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed playing video games on her tablet and sharing meals with family. She always had a smile and no matter how she was feeling she was always ready to face a challenge. She loved spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a diva who loved shopping and getting out to enjoy life.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband Larry, daughter Shvonne Lindsey, parents Virgil and Harriet Bynum, Brothers Mike, Cedric, Floyd, and Mitchell Bynum. She is also proceeded in death by her mother in law Augusta Young, sister in law Totsetta Young and nephew Robert Jones Jr.

Mary is survived by five children Larry Lindsey Jr, Shanon Davis, Sharelle (Kelvin) Byrd, Shevin Lindsey, Angel Lindsey, her brothers Rodney Bynum, Keith Bynum, Daryl Bynum, seven grandkids, five great grandkids, her sister’s in law, brothers in law, and many nieces, nephews.

She will be greatly missed.
