Obituary For Helen Marie (Williams) Grant

Born to Lillie Body and Lewis Williams in Fortworth Texas, and raised in Seattle Washington by Johnnie Mae Scott.

Helen is Survived by her daughters – Dionne Grant and Ralonda Grant. Grandkids – Darelle Devine and Sharell Devine. Great Grandkids – Leylah Devine and Nova Devine. Also her husband of 52 years, Gary Grant, and a host of Nieces and Nephews and Friends.

Thanks to Doctors Sasha Joseph and Ahman Slim for keeping (Spoiling) her strong for the last five years. A special thanks to Lucy for reconnecting Helen with Dr. Joseph.

Friends are forever, they laugh, they love, they share each others thoughts and words, and most of all, they care.
Friends can come and go and never be apart, because they keep each other’s smile deep within their heart.
Friends can laugh and talk and cry, and think of lovely times gone by, but most of all- they love until they die.

    Mrs Grant… to a woman I consider a mother of mine you will be missed. Me and Ralonda got in TONS of trouble together but you loved us in all our ridiculousness. All the nights of being too loud in the house and your warning is Mr Grant is about to GET US… SHUT UP!!! Sneaking on the phone too long trying to be SUPER SLICK. Traipsing through the house after swimming, riding in the BENZ, hooking me up with Skin So Soft before I traveled to GA, or eating them FALL off the bone ribs… I thank you for all the years of memories and laughs. To Rae, Dionne, and Mr Grant… I don’t have the words to express my heart but you have my sincere condolences.
