Obituary For Ervin C Paul
Ervin C. Paul, 81, passed away in Seattle, WA on March 25, 2024 peacefully at home with his immediate family by his side.
Ervin known most of his life as “Erv or Donnie” was born on March 25, 1943 in Wausau, Wisconsin to Leonard and Iola Paul. On January 18, 1961 in Green Bay, Wisconsin at the young age of 17, Ervin enlisted in the Coast Guard and valued this service highly. After his work in the service, he worked as a machinist and spent his life actively involved in his children’s extra curricular activities and educational needs. He also enjoyed taking his oldest, Don, camping and hunting. He then had two other children, Kristina and Brian and they grew up watching him work on their motorcycles, taking them racing, fishing, and loved giving them new travel adventures across the U.S. After his children were grown, he expanded that love of travel with Nancy and desired to always care for her and make her smile.
He is preceded by his sister Anna Smith and survived by his beloved life-long partner and best-friend Nancy Menger; his sister Geraldine; Mother of his children, Linda; children Donald (wife Misty), Kristina, Brian as well as his grandchildren Makai, Kailani and Lanae’.
A military memorial service will take place at the Tahoma National Cemetery in Kent, WA. The family is currently making plans for the funeral and reception. Further details will be shared soon. Flowers and Condolences can be sent to 10218 12th Ave. South, Seattle, WA. 98168
