Obituary For Chris Tieu Tran

Chris Tran was born on November 27th, 2000 in Renton, Washington. He was the son of Trinh lee Tran. He was the fourth child of five children. Chris Tran lived in Renton, Washington throughout his childhood he graduated from Lindbergh High School. He moved to Portland, Oregon in May of 2020 to start a new chapter in his life, he worked at Advocate Care as a Caregiver.

Chris was the fourth brother of Iiza Hieu Tran, Alex Tran, Thien Tran and Justin Tran. Chris was the Grandson of Dinh Kim Tran and the late Johnny Carolina. Chris was a nephew to Jacqueline Tran, Johnnie Carolina, and David Carolina. Chris was a first cousin to Jiannah-Havi Patrice Hill, Estellah-Nhuvi DeAnne Hill, Angel Huyen Pham and Jason Huy Pham. Chris was an Uncle of Thalea Tran, Theo Tran, and Aalinnah Hill.

Chris' favorite Hobby was to play basketball. The court was his “Getaway”. Chris was the most loving caring person anyone could come by, all he wanted to give out was love, he was the goofiest friend. Chris was a special friend to many, Chris was a loving brother, his heart was pure and genuine. Chris was known to light up the room when he walked in. Chris was an inspiration to his friends and family, Chris was a positive person. Chris was loved by so many, he made impacts in everyone's life he was close too.

Chris loved his family. He was a family man and he was always willing to help his family. Family love made Chris happy. He loved his baby brother, he called him “JT” he loved his Mother dearly, his brothers and nieces and his nephew. We are gonna forever miss Chris, but we will continue his legacy. He leaves to cherish his memories; his parents, his brothers, his cousins, his uncles, his aunts, and a host of friends.

If Roses Grow in Heaven If roses grow in heaven, Lord pick a bunch for me. Place them in my brother Chris’s arms and tell him they’re from me. Tell him that I love and miss him and when he turns to smile, place a kiss upon his cheek and hold him for a while. Because remembering him is easy, I do it everyday. But there is an ache within my heart that will never go away.​
