Obituary For Charles Robert Chahanovich

Charles Robert Chahanovich was born on October 4, 1942 in Vermont, He unexpectedly left our world on July 30, 2021. He was married to Beverly for 35 years. He helped raise seven children: Troy, Kelley, Caryn, Beth, Heidi, Holli and Carla. Kelley has already joined Jesus in Heaven. He had 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren that live all over the United States. He had brothers and sisters on both sides of his family. His mothers’ side included Bruce, Brian, Mark, Edward and Susan. His fathers’ side included Dave, Holly, Lisa, Laird and Scott.

He spent 25 years serving our country with the United States Air Force. He was also very active in Kairos Prison Ministry for 30 years. His presence changed many lives for Jesus. He worked for the Boeing Company for 20 years. They allowed him to get a masters degree in counseling at the age of 65. His life experiences, ups and downs, made him a very valuable counselor.

Chuck had the most infectious smile and the twinkle in his eyes made you wonder what he was thinking. A Celebration of Life will take place at Christ the King Bible Fellowship Church located at 35448 11th Avenue SW in Federal Way on August 28th from 1-3 PM.
