Obituary For Ryan William McReynolds
Ryan William McReynolds, born February 27, 1995 sadly passed away on March 14, 2026.
Ryan graduated from West Auburn High School in 2014, during which time he also earned his black belt in karate, reflecting his quiet strength and dedication from a young age. He had a warm, easy sense of humor and a gentle, kindhearted nature that made people feel at ease in his presence.
Ryan found joy in gaming and built many meaningful friendships through it—connections that meant a great deal to him. He worked at Walmart unloading trucks, where he was known as a reliable and hardworking teammate. His crew there became like a second family, and he valued those relationships deeply.
He will be remembered for his sweetness, his gentle spirit, and the way he showed care in simple, genuine ways. Ryan gave the kind of hugs that made you feel safe and truly loved—something those who knew him will always carry with them.
Ryan is survived by his parents, Lori and Jeff Widener, and John McReynolds, along with his siblings Joshua, Jordan, Richard, Michael, Christopher, and Katrina.
No memorial service is scheduled at this time.
Ryan will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
