Obituary For Darrell Ronald Hall
In Loving Memory of
Darrell Hall
December 5, 1955 – September 23, 2025
Darrell Hall lived life to the fullest. Born in Kansas City, Kansas, he later settled in Seattle, Washington, where he spent more than forty years building a life defined by adventure, love, and purpose. A man with an unshakable spirit, Darrell loved to travel and was blessed to see the world. His laughter, wisdom, and presence left a lasting imprint on everyone who knew him.
A true entrepreneur at heart, Darrell was the proud founder and owner of Hall Worldwide, a moving company he built from the ground up. Through vision, determination, and hard work, he helped move families across the country building not just a business, but a legacy of service, integrity, and excellence.
Darrell’s passions were as wide as his heart.
He loved sports of every kind from college to the pros and was a proud Kansas City Chiefs fan. He found peace in the outdoors, especially while fishing or spending quiet moments along Lake Washington.
An avid collector of binoculars and telescopes, Darrell loved to stargaze and marvel at the universe above. His deep love of learning never faded; whether through reading books or exploring new ideas, he remained endlessly curious about the world around him.
In eternal peace, Darrell is reunited with his beloved wife, Betty Cummings Hall; his mother, Louise Iva Hawkins; his father, Albert Hall; his sisters, Joann Hill and Rodena Thatcher; and his brother, Derrick Hall.
He leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish his memory: daughters Semeria Hall and Antionette Hall; son Derrick Hall; sisters Cynthia Hall and Mable Brignac (Wesley); and brother Gary Hall. He is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and an abundance of loyal friends and extended family who loved him deeply.
Darrell’s journey on Earth has ended, but his light remains—felt in every story shared, every laugh remembered, and every life he touched.
A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
Forever in our hearts, his love continues to move us. 🤍
Condolences
