Obituary For Kelly Maureen Reich

Kelly Reich was born on July 8th, 1959 and passed away peacefully in her sleep from natural causes on December 8th, 2020. She lived in Renton, WA after moving from Billings, MT in 1988. Kelly is survived by her two sons, Travis and Mathew; her grandchildren, Hayley, Sebastian, Charlotte, Logan, and Bo; her mother, Charlotte Reich; her sisters, Rachel, Denise, Barbara, and Stacey; and her devoted companion, Jeff Hamilton.

Kelly loved life, loved her family, loved her friends, and loved her home. She was a hairdresser by profession. Kelly enjoyed and excelled at her work and she was much loved by her loyal clients. Her favorite activities included spending time with her grandchildren and nurturing the gardens of her lovely home. Kelly was a truly wonderful soul, full of enthusiasm and generosity. She will be deeply missed by her loved ones and all who knew her.

Kelly is preceded in death by her father Robert E Reich.

Instead of flowers, Kelly would have preferred donations to a charity that helps children in need or a local animal shelter.

Kelly has been cremated and there is no ceremony scheduled at this time. Kelly’s Celebration of Life event will occur at a later date when safer times are upon us all. Please check this site for updates.

    We’re devastated to find this information. Kelly cut my hair starting in the mid-90’s. We hadn’t seen her since the beginning of the pandemic. We will so much miss her cheerful spirit. Our condolences to her family and to Jeff.

    I’ve been a client of Kelly’s for many years, and will miss her. She was a talented hair stylist with many fans at the UW. I’ll remember her enthusiasm, kindness, laughter, and the amazing Halloween and Christmas displays she set up in her yard each year.
