Obituary For Judy Marie Hartley
Judy M. Hartley, of Covington, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2025. She was surrounded by family and friends. She was 67.
Judy was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, to Chester and Jessie Hartley. She worked at various jobs until she enrolled in Virginia Tech. She graduated with honors, with a degree in Computer Engineering. She was employed by Intel Corporation, and relocated to the Phoenix area, and then to the Jones Farm Facility in Hillsboro, Oregon. She retired in 2023 and moved up to Covington to be closer to her sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Paul Sanchez.
Judy made many friends in Covington, including her roommate, Carol She was an avid card and board game player and quilter.
Judy was loved by her family and friends and will be sorely missed.
