Obituary For Charles Donald Hill

Charles Donald Hill passed away peacefully this March 19, 2019 at home in Auburn, WA.

Charles was born at county hospital in Stockton CA, September 22nd, 1943 to William and Josephine Hill, who both proceeded him in death as well as his sister Karen C. Gonzales.

Charles went to Compton High School (TAR Babies) in Compton CA, and graduated in 1961. Charles loved detailing cars. He worked with John at Johns Auto in Long Beach CA for over 15 years. He moved on and started working for the city of Carson at Anderson Park. He would always say, “That’s my part”. He loved his job.

In 2015 Charles moved to Auburn WA to add to his many adventures. Charles lived a wonderful life, through simple pleasures such as hanging out with his family and friends, playing cards (TONK), and of course, drinking his beers. He has this biggest and most loving heart. He loved everyone. If he met you, to him you were family.

Charles is survived by his brother Jan Hill. Nieces: Kim Bland (WA) and Melissa Moore (CA). Nephews Gary Moore (CA), Howard Moore (CA). Great Nieces: Alyssah Moore, Natalia Moore, Amber Moore, Anastasia Moore, Alana Moore. Great Nephew: Justin Moore (CA). along with a host of cousins and friends.

This is not goodbye, this is see you later! Rest with the angels! We love you!!
